Live Chapati Bread Cooking from Mumbai, India with Mahesh!
Indian Cooking with Mahesh
$28 for 50 min. session
Tired of baking sourdough bread? Want to expand your cooking skills?
Join us for a live cooking class from Mumbai, India with our wonderful coordinator, Mahesh, to learn how to prepare Indian chapati, a popular bread-like dish in India.
Mahesh has you covered! Our Globe Aware India coordinator will teach you how to cook Indian chapati (flat bread) live from his kitchen in Mumbai! A food lover, or “foodie,” as Indians like to say, Mahesh loves cooking for friends and family.
With the recent lock down, he’s been missing the street foods and delicacies he once used to enjoy outside, so he’s taken it upon himself to learn a variety of recipes at home and share them with you. In this workshop he’ll help you get started on your journey to becoming a pro with simple and easy to follow recipes.
For this workshop, you will need to have access to a stove top and ingredients prepared ahead of time.
