Rebecca McKenzie
International Volunteer Associate
Rebecca McKenzie is an International Volunteer Associate for Globe Aware. She received her BA in English with a Specialization in Creative Writing from Southern Methodist University in 2006. This May she will graduate summa cum laude from Perkins School of Theology at SMU with a Masters of Theological Studies. In addition to her interests in writing and editing, Rebecca has studied economics in Southeast Asia, indigenous spirituality in Australia, and Shakespeare during a summer in Oxford. She has also built homes and done relief work in Costa Rica and Honduras. Rebecca is so excited to be working at Globe Aware where the staff truly cares about the mission of the organization and the volunteers are dedicated to their work
